In the heart of Deomali, a small town nestled amidst the lush greenery of Arunachal Pradesh, a beacon of hope has emerged for the youth of Tirap and Longding districts. The inauguration of the first digital creative learning center, named "Adhyayan: The Learning Pavilion," at Wangcha Rajkumar Government College (WRGC), marks a significant milestone in the region's quest for educational empowerment.

"The goal of Project Adhyayan is to revolutionise learning pedagogy in our community by providing state-of-the-art facilities and modern technology to nurture young minds, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds," says Vishakha Yadav, IAS, who as Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Deomali was the driving force behind the project.
